Descripción de producto
100mAh 3.7V Rechargeable Battery - Ultra-Slim 8mm Pouch Cell for Wearables / Sensors
Features
-
Ultra-Compact & Lightweight: The 8x45x45mm form factor and pouch construction provide maximum design flexibility for extremely space-limited applications, contributing minimal weight.
-
Stable Low-Power Output: Optimized for consistent, long-term micro-current discharge, perfect for devices with sleep or standby modes.
-
Enhanced Safety (Pouch Design): The soft aluminum-laminate pouch construction reduces the risk of leakage and mitigates the potential for violent failure modes compared to some metal-cased cells.

Applications
-
Miniature Wearables & Hearables: Advanced hearing aid modules, ultra-small Bluetooth earphone charging cases, smart rings.
-
Medical & Health Monitors: Small disposable or reusable skin patch sensors, compact medical alert devices.
-
Micro IoT & Sensor Nodes: Environmental sensors, asset tracking tags (with low update rates), smart cards, and electronic shelf labels.
-
Micro Toys & Gadgets: Tiny remote-controlled devices, mini drones (for non-motor auxiliary power), novelty electronics.
Warnings & Safety Instructions
Chrging
-
Mandatory Charging Control: ALWAYS use a dedicated, precision Li-ion/Li-Po charger IC or circuit designed for the exact charge voltage (4.20V or 4.35V) and tiny charge currents (e.g., 50mA) required.
-
Voltage Accuracy: Overcharging by even a few tenths of a volt can cause catastrophic failure in such small cells.
-
Never Trickle Charge: Do not apply a continuous maintenance/trickle charge after the CV cycle is complete.
Discharging
-
Prevent Deep Discharge: Never allow the cell voltage to fall below 3.0V under load. Implement a hardware or software lock in your device to shut down at or above this voltage.
-
Current Limit: Strictly adhere to the maximum continuous discharge current. Exceeding it will cause rapid voltage drop, overheating, and damage.
-
No High-Pulse Loads: This cell is not designed for applications requiring high pulse currents (e.g., motor starting, camera flashes).
Storage
-
Mechanical Protection: The pouch is easily punctured. Never apply sharp pressure, bend, or crease the cell. Provide adequate mechanical support in the device housing.
-
Terminal Connection: Soldering directly to the cell tabs is FORBIDDEN unless explicitly approved by the manufacturer. The heat can damage the internal seal. Use spot welding or manufacturer-recommended conductive adhesive.
-
Storage: For any storage exceeding one week, condition the cell to 3.7V - 3.8V and store in a cool, dry environment.
