उत्पाद विवरण
12V Ni-MH Battery Pack D-size, 10,000mAh for various emergency power sources
Features
- High Energy Density: The D-cell format provides an optimal balance of physical size and high capacity , enabling long runtimes for demanding devices.
-
Robust & Safe Chemistry: Ni-MH chemistry is inherently stable and less prone to thermal runaway compared to lithium-based batteries, making it a safe choice for many applications.
-
Wide Operating Temperature: Capable of performing in a broad range of environments, from -45°C to +80°C.
-
No Memory Effect: Can be recharged after partial discharge without significant loss of capacity, simplifying use.
- Environmental Friendliness: Contains no toxic cadmium or lead, and is easier to recycle.

Applications
- Professional portable devices: field recording equipment, measuring instruments, mine ventilation, portable medical equipment.
- Backup power system: emergency lighting, elevator emergency power, hospital, hotel emergency power, alarm system, and small uninterruptible power supply for routers or modems.
- High power consumption portable devices: powerful portable speakers, robotics technology, remote control applications (boats, low-speed cars), and portable tools.
Warnings & Precautions
Charging
- Use a Dedicated Charger: Always charge with a Ni-MH specific smart charger that features -ΔV (negative delta voltage) detection and temperature monitoring to terminate charge correctly. Using an incorrect charger is dangerous.
- Recommended Charge Rates: For longevity, use a standard charge current of 0.2C-0.5C (2A-5A for this pack). Avoid continuous trickle charging for modern high-capacity Ni-MH cells unless the charger is specifically designed for it with a very low current (<C/50).
- Charge Environment: Charge in a well-ventilated area on a non-flammable surface. Do not charge immediately after high-load use; allow the pack to cool to near ambient temperature.
Discharging
- Do Not Over-Discharge: Never discharge the pack below 10.0V under load. Deep discharge, especially allowing individual cells to reverse polarity, causes permanent damage.
- Current Limits: For continuous operation, do not exceed the 10A (1C) rating. The 30A (3C) pulse rating is for short durations (seconds) only.
- Temperature Monitoring: If the pack becomes excessively hot during discharge, reduce the load or allow it to cool.
Storage
- State of Charge: For long-term storage (>1 month), condition the pack to a 40-60% state of charge (approximately 12.0V - 12.4V after resting).
- Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry place within the recommended temperature range. Avoid extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Maintenance: Recharge stored batteries every 6-12 months to compensate for self-discharge and maintain health.
